November's Theme: Relief for Anxiety

We are inviting you to a month-long program of meditations and workshops designed to foster understanding, compassion, and resilience when facing anxiety. 

Anxiety is a part of the human experience—sometimes a whisper at the edge of our mind, and other times, a wave that threatens to engulf. Anxiety can become a constant companion, unwelcome yet persistent. Yet, there is hope and possibility in learning to understand, manage, and even embrace our anxious thoughts and feelings.

This month, we invite you to join us on a journey: a month dedicated to meditations, workshops, and gentle introspection, all centred around cultivating calm and resilience in the face of anxiety. Whether you experience anxiety occasionally or feel it around you daily, you will find in this month an opportunity to explore, heal, and grow. Our focus is not on erasing anxiety, but on engaging with it compassionately – showing a pathway to listen to ourselves, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with the present moment. This is a space for everyone.

 

No prior experience with meditation or workshops is required - just a willingness to show up for yourself.
